Software Installation
For this we need to Install Attendance Management_build157 software. So that we can connect both the devices and generate Report for the same.

How To Install Software
Firstly Download Software from above link.
Please right click on setup file and do Run as Administrator.
Now it moves to Next window and click on Next Button.
Now it moves to License agreement window. Please select "I accept the License agreement" and click on Next button.
Now please select software destination location and click on Next Button.
Please select components and click on Next Button
Now please Select Start Menu folder and click on Next Button.
Now Software is Ready to Install. Click on Install Button.
Now it moves to Fingerprint Reader driver installation. Please click on Next button.
Now driver is Ready to install, please click on Install Button.
After that please click on Finish to complete the Fingerprint driver reader Installation.
For completing ZK Teco software installation, please click on Finish.
After completion of ZK Teco software installation ZK Teco Attendance Management Short Menu will appear on the Desktop.
Please right click on that Logo and do Run as Administrator.
By clicking on Run as administrator one Pop will come,please click on OK and then ZK teco software will Open.
How to ADD Devices in ZK Teco Software.
Firstly need to do Network settings in the Iclock device side. After that the same will be connected in software with IP address.
For F11 device,there is no display or Keypad available. It will take available IP address itself from the network.
How to do Network settings in the Iclock device.
Please press Iclock device "Menu" Button. Now all Menu's will appear on the device display.
Now please click on "Comm" option by using Scroll < / > key.
3. By clicking on Comm option, sub options will be appear. From that please select "Network"
4. By clicking on Network option, we can do the network IP addresses settings.
Enter below details in the Net Settings.
IP Address: Free IP address available in network.
Subnet Mask: Enter subnet Mask details.
Gateway: Enter Gateway.
How To Connect Iclock and F11 with ZK Teco Attendance Management.
After completion of Network settings from Hardware side. Now need to connect the same with ZK Attendance Management Software.
How to connect Iclock device with ZK Teco Attendance Management Software.
Now Open ZK Teco Attendance Management Software and click on Device from Upper Menu's.
After that click on Add new Device. Now it moves to Device maintenance Window.
Now need to Enter mentioned communication details.
Name: Which you want
Machine Number: Which you want
Communication mode: Ethernet
IP Address: Same as that of entered in the hardware.
Port: default Port number is 4370
After Entering all the above details,please click on "OK" Button to save the details.
Now Saved device will show "Disconnected" Status.To connect the device please select that Device and click on "Connect".
Your device will connect within a second and device status changes from "Disconnected" to "Connected". Also the same status will be showing at right corner of the software.
Now we need to connect F11 device to the software.
F11 device is not having any display or keyboard that's why we need to search the IP address then only device will connect to the software.
To adding the device again click on Device from Upper Menu's.
After that click on Add new Device. Now it moves to Device maintenance Window.
Now need to Enter mentioned communication details.

How To Transfer the User Data From F11 To Iclock device.
After connecting of both the devices in the software, we can Download and upload the User's from One device to another device.
For this we need to Enroll the Users in the one device then only we can transfer it from one to another device.
How To Enroll The User in The Iclock Device.
For a fingerprint machine, user's basic information includes fingerprint, password and management privilege. When the company track staff Time & Attendance log , as a result of reassign staff, the user information in the fingerprint machine also needs to correspondingly make the modification, therefore the fingerprint machine provide function to add, delete, search, change user and so on the operation.
Please click on Menu from Hardware side after that Menu options appear on the device display.
Now it moves to the next window to Add new User. Please click on "New user"
Firstly register the personnel’s fingerprint or the password on the machine. Whose time & attendance record will be tracked, Enter the interface to add new user:
AC.NO: Staff's attendance number.
Name: use T 9 input method to keying user’s name.
Note: only except iClock 100 fingerprint machine
Fingerprint: Registered staff's fingerprint, register ten fingerprints available .The registered fingerprint staff is possible to use the fingerprint to check attendance.
Registration password: The registration user's password, the effective figure of password is 1 ~ 8. The registered password staff is possible to use the password to check attendance.
Privilege: Users are people whose identity must be authenticated before enter a menu. The ordinary consumer can track attendance by the fingerprint or the password only; the manager already may equally carry on the daily checking attendance with the ordinary consumer, but may enter the menu to operate each option.
Note: When there is no established the manager, any person all may enter the menu operation; after establishing the manager, be unable to enter the menu until the manager status is confirm, after the success can enter the menu.
How to Enroll Fingerprint
As per the above snapshot, Enter AC.No. ,Enter Name and Directly press "OK" key or scroll the▲/▼ key, and locate cursor on the "Enroll fingerprint" button to press the OK key again, go on the fingerprint registration.
Follow the equipment prompt place the finger, you must continuously press the same finger 3 times in the correct method until the registration success prompt appear.
After registered the fingerprint successfully, if need to continue register the fingerprint, please press the OK key , then place another finger again, after registration completed, directly press " Menu"or"ESC" key to return the main interface, the equipment can show the number of fingerprint which presently has been already registered.
Scroll the▲/▼ key, and locate cursor on the "Enroll Password" button to press the OK key again, go on the Password Registration "the registration password" on the button.
Following the equipment prompt, input the password , then press OK key and input password once again , only can input 1 ~ 8 the effective figure for the password . After the input to save completed press "OK", if does not save it, press "ESC". After saving it, the key icon will display on the screen, which mean the password has already set in the device.
Now click on "Ok" to save the User Registration.
How To Enroll User's In F11 device.
F11 device is not having keypad so we need to Enroll the User's from Software side.
Please find attached snapshot and refer below steps to Enroll the User.
Step 1: To Add User please click on "Employee" Option.
Step 2: Then click on Add option.
Step 3: Enter all the required details. AC No., Gender ,Name etc.
Step 4: In the Fingerprint Manage option please click on dropdown Arrow and select F11 device.
Step 5: After selecting the device, please click on "Connect" Button. If your device got connect then option status changes to Disconnect.
Step 6: Select Fingerprint device option and click on "Enroll" Button to Enroll the Fingers.
After the above steps it will moves to the 'Fingerprint Registration' window.
To Fingerprint Registration, please select Finger which you want to add.
After that please place your the same finger on the F11 device sensor 3 times. It will show count on the round box.
If your Finger got properly Enrolled then selected finger color changes from Yellow to Green and Ok button also visible.
Please click on "Ok" Button to Save your Fingerprint.
How Transfer User From One Device (F11)To Another Device(Iclock).
Now User registration part completed, if we want to generate reports then we need to look into the software side.
Already we have mentioned that How to connect the devices in the software side and all.
Now we need to see how to Download the Users from device to software and upload the same from one device to another device.
There are 5 steps to Download the User's From One Device To Another Device.
Login in to the ZK Teco Attendance Management Software. Devices should be connected with Software.
Step 1: Please click on Download User info and FP then it moves to next window that is "From Device to PC"
Step 2: Now just select the Device(Which device contains all User data) from the Machine List.
Step 3: After selecting the device, please click on "Browse User's in device". It will shows all the User's are present in the devices.
Step 4: Now click on "Select All" Button from User List then it will select all the Users which are present in the devices.
Step 5: After selecting All the User's Please click on " Download" Button. Now all the User's will be Downloaded from Device to Database.
Now all the User data is transferred in to PC database and we will upload the same data in the another Machine.
How To Upload The Data From One Device To Another Device.
After completion of Download the User data, there are Total 5 Steps to to upload the same data in the another machine.
As per the above snapshot, please click on "Upload user info and FP" Button after that please follow below steps.
Step 1: Select Debarment Name.
Step 2: Select Device in which Data need to Transfer.
Step 3: Select which information you need to transfer in to the device.( For Example Iclock device)
Step 4: Click on "Select All" it will select all the User's.
Step 5: Now click on "Upload" Button to Upload all the user's in the Iclock device.
After completion of 100% uploading the data, it will show message on the Lower Right corner.
Now all the User data available in the both devices.
How To Generate Report
To generate report Firstly we need to Download the Attendance Logs from both the devices.
Just click on "Download Attendance logs" Button it will download all the logs present in the device.
After completion of Download logs. Now we need to Download AC Logs to get primary Logs.
There are 4 steps to Download AC Logs.
Step 1: Select Device from which you need to download Log Data.
Step 2: Click on "AC Log" Option.
Step 3: Then select all the below options.
a] Department
b] Name
c] Date (From To)
Step 4: After selecting all the above details please click on "Search" Button.
Now all the AC Log data generated as a primary Logs.
After downloading all the primary Logs we can Generate the Report.
Here are the Steps To Generate the Reports
Step 1: Click on "Report" Button.
Step 2: Now it moves to Attendance Calculation window. In that you need to Enter Department,Name and date.
Step 3: Now click on "Calculate".
Now your clock In/Out report will get generated. Please refer attached below snapshot.
