  1. My device not getting on

Ans-battery is in dead condition that time charged still device not getting on that time need to change battery.

2.Supported bio metric device not working.

Ans -Need to reconnect OTG Cable still issue not resolved then to change the otg cable.

3. Error coming FM 220 Disconnected ?

Ans Need to reconnect OTG Cable still issue not resolved then to change the otg cable still not resolved then need to change scanner.

4. how to select Date and time?

Ans -go to setting and go to date and time then select kolkata then time will be set.

5. Device broken display crack Physical damage-?

Ans-display crack that time need to send device to Bio enable service center for repairing.

6. Device not getting charged -

Ans -may be charging slot loose need to drilling or need to change that slot that purpose need to send device to Bio enable service center

7. Lan port not working-

Ans -need to change lan port that purpose need to send device at for repairing at Bio enable service center

8.why Device not registered ?

Ans -Need to register that scanner number take all details of Client and AND renew RD with the help of link and make payment
