1] How To Enroll User by Password (PWD)?

Ans: 

a] Click on “setting” option as per the below attached snapshot. 

b] Now it will moves to the main Menu window. From that please select “User” option. 

C] To register new user please click on “Add” button now keypad is displayed to enter User ID. After inputting user ID, please click on “OK” Button.

d] Once User ID gets inputted then please click on "Password" option.

e] Now it moves to the Register Password window.Input 4~8 digit password in password input window and press [OK] button to move input focus to ‘password check’ window below. Input the same password again and press [OK] button. To cancel and move out, press [ x ] button. 

f] By Clicking “OK” Button again Add User window will appear please click on “Save” button to Save the settings.

2] How To Enroll Fingerprint (FP) ?

Ans:

a] Click on “setting” option as per the below attached snapshot. 

b] Now it will moves to the main Menu window. From that please select “User” option. 

C] To register new user please click on “Add” button now keypad is displayed to enter User ID. After inputting user ID, please click on “OK” Button.

d] Once user ID gets inputted then please click on "Fingerprint" Option.

e] Now it moves to the Register Fingerprint window.

f] Select Finger Whichever you want to register.

g] Input fingerprint 2 times according to information in the screen as below 2. When the fingerprint sensor lamp is ON along with the message of ‘input fingerprint‘, put finger in fingerprint input window and wait for about 2~3 seconds until lamp OFF and then remove the finger.    

h] Input the fingerprint which is just input one more time when the message of    ‘Input the same fingerprint once again’ will be displayed.

i] For the second input of the fingerprint after the first input, make sure that    finger is removed from the fingerprint input window before the second input. 

j] Once Registration Succeeded! Message comes and by clicking on “OK” it is again come back to Add User window.Now click on “Save” button to Save the settings.

3] How To DO Face Enrollment in the Device?

Ans:

a] Click on “setting” option as per the below attached snapshot. 

b] Now it will moves to the main Menu window. From that please select “User” option. 

C] To register new user please click on “Add” button now keypad is displayed to enter User ID. After inputting user ID, please click on “OK” Button.

d] Once  user ID gets inputted, please click on "Face" option and select “Regular Registration” or “Quick Registration”.

-In case of general registration, register face through 5 steps after fixing face and pose according to the guideline.

-In case of simple registration, register face through 3 steps using auto face search function when face area is detected. 

e] Press [Start] button to register face. As shown in the below picture, set face to face contour in the screen and then look ahead according to the information message displayed in the screen. 

f] Move face to front/up/down little by little whenever information message is displayed in the screen. At this point, do not move more than 15 degree. After registering face, message of “completed” will be displayed as shown in the left screen. Press [OK] button to complete face registration and to move to the previous screen.

g] Once Face registered Successfully, please click on “Save” Button to Save the user.

4] How To Do RF-Card Enrollment in the device?

Ans:

a] Click on “setting” option as per the below attached snapshot. 

b] Now it will moves to the main Menu window. From that please select “User” option. 

C] To register new user please click on “Add” button now keypad is displayed to enter User ID. After inputting user ID, please click on “OK” Button.

d] Once user ID gets inputted and saved ,please click on "Card" option.

e] By clicking on Add User you will get one pop up message “Place your Card” at      this time please show RFID card on device Card      scanner. 

f] Once card gets registered it will show “Success” message. 

g] Once card gets successfully registered, please click on “Save” Button.

5] How To Do Network settings in the device ?

Ans:

To connect the device in network LAN cable should be connected to the device for communication of hardware and Software.

a] To do Network settings, please click on “Settings” then it will moves to the T9 device Main Menu and click on the “Network” option.

b] Now Network Settings Window will be open. In that need to enter required IP addresses to do communication with ACM-Pro software.

  Enter below details:

  Before entering the details please select “Static IP” option.

i] IP address: Here need to enter whichever free IP address available in the network except server IP.

ii] Subnet Mask: Enter subnet Mask of your network.

iii] Gateway: Enter Gateway of your Network.

iv] Server IP: On which PC you have installed ACM-Pro Application that PC’s server IP.

v] Port: It should be 7332 (Default Port)

vi] Terminal ID: Whichever you want to give.

Once you have entered all the details, please Sae the settings by clicking on “Save” Button.

6] How To delete All the user's?

Ans:

a] To deleting all the user's go to Settings option. Now it will moves to the main menu option.

b] Click on "User" Button.

c] By clicking on User please select "Delete All" option.

d] To really delete all users, press "Yes". To cancel it, press "No".

Note: If [Yes] is selected, all users and administrators will be deleted. Recovering after deleting is impossible. Hence, it should take extra care.

7] How To Set Sound Volume in the device?

Ans:

1] Click on Setting. Now it moves to the main menu of the device.

2] Select Terminal option, now it moves to the sub option from that select Sound option.

3] Voice volume: Scroll to the left/right in 0~15 steps to set voice size. Press Sound button on the right to play voice in order to check voice volume. 

Beep volume : Scroll to the left/right in 0~3 steps to set buzzer sound size. Press Sound button on the right to make buzzer sound in order to check buzzer sound volume.

8] How To Change Language?

Ans:

a] Go to the Setting, it will moves to the main Menu of the device.

b] Select "Display" then select "Language" from sub menu.

c] Default setting: ‘English’ 

-Language :

Press ‘OK’ button after changing language to change voice message and message displayed in the screen to the setting language. Press [BACK] button to cancel and to move to the upper menu. 

※ It Support below language 

English, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, French

9] How To Check Terminal Information ?

Ans:

a] Go to the "Setting" option on the initial screen then it will moves to the Main Menu of the device.

b] Select [Terminal info] then [System] in the main menu to display the screen below.

- System info : This is to display hardware and firmware version of the terminal. 

-Disk (amount used/total): This is to display amount of used storage space. If amount of used storage space is getting too much, it will be displayed in red. 

-RAM (amount used / total): This is to display amount of RAM being used out of total RAM. If amount of used memory is getting too much, it will be displayed in red.

10] How To change voice of the device ?

Ans: 

1] File name should be user_ok.mp3 or user_fail.mp3

2] Open SD card and create path (D:\eNBioAccessT9\audio) then input the voice files into the path.

3] Insert the SD card into the T9.

4] Go to the Menu > SDCard > Others > Click “Theme”

5] Go to the Menu > Terminal > Sound> High “Voice volume” and check enabled “User Voice”

11] How To Set Date and Time ?

Ans:

a] Click on "Settings" in the initial screen, now it moves to the Main Menu of the device.

b] Select "System" option then select "Date/time" option in the main menu to display the screen below.

Display format 

This is to set the method to display the current time of the terminal. 

- yyyy-mm-dd: displayed in the order of year, month, day 

- dd-mmm-yyyy: displayed in the order of day, month (English), year 

▶  Set Date/Set time 

This is to change the current time of the terminal. If the server is connected and the above [Time sync] is set to [Auto], the time is synchronized with the time of the server. Hence, no need to change it. 

To apply the setting value, press [OK] button or press [BACK] button to cancel and to move to the upper menu.

12] How To Check Mac Address of device ?

a] Go to the  settings, now it moves to the device main Menu.

b] Select "Terminal information" in that select "network" .
