Please follow below steps for How to add user by Password.
a] Please click on Admin button on initial screen.
b] Click “User” icon in sub menus.
c] Click “USER” Button
d] To add New User click on “+” Button.
e] Now registration screen will be displayed. The first registered User will be enrolled with Master Privilege and after that Normal users will be enrolled. Now ID window will be displayed to enroll user, please Enter User ID.
f] After inputting ID please click on “OK” button.
g] In Auth Type1 click on “Password”.
h] Now Password window will open. Please enter the password.
I] Now Password option will be changed to blue color.
J] Now please click on “Save” Button.

j] The terminal requires fingerprint twice. Place your finger on the scanner after voice instruction. (Please refer Figure:j)
k] The terminal displays fingerprint image. After capturing first image, please remove the finger and replace the same finger. (Please refer Figure: k)
l] The above displays screen when fingerprint is successfully captured twice. (Please refer Figure: l)
m] Click "Save" Button (Please refer Figure: m)
n] If fingerprint is registered successfully, “Finger” button is changed with blue mark. Click ‘Save” button to finish registration. The above image shows the registration of ID “1234” with only fingerprint. (Please refer Figure: n)
o] Now It shows that ID “1234” is added.

a] Click on Admin Option in initial display.
b] Select "Network" Option and it moves to the sub option in that Normal and TCP/IP option is there.
c] Now please click on "Normal" option and select "Wireline" option. To apply the settings please click on "Save" Button.
d] Now need to set Network Settings.
Terminal ID: Whichever you want.
Server IP: On which server you want to connect the same device that PC's server IP.
Port: It should be 7332.
DHCP: Should be "Off"
Terminal IP: Whichever IP address is free in your network .
Subnetmask: On which server ACM-Pro installed that server's Subnetmask.
Gateway: On which server ACM-Pro installed that server's Gateway.
After inputting all the settings please click on "Save" Button. Now please check in ACM-Pro application that the same device is came online or not.

Click on Admin icon on the initial screen.
Select Data option from Submenu.
After that 4 sub-options are there in that if you want to download Log then please select "LOG DOWNLOAD" option and if you want User Data then please select "USER DOWNLOAD" option.
a] Connect USB to the device.
b] Go to Data option-> Select LOG DOWNLOAD option.
1st Step is select Start and End date (means from which period you want Log Data) (Please refer below Figure)
2nd Step is select Type means if you want Not sent log then you can select "Not Sent log" otherwise better-way select "All log".
3rd Step is, After selecting above all the points please click on "Run" Button.
c] Once log gets Downloaded, it is saved in USB in .nlg format that is in "SW300_Log.nlg".
a] Connect USB to the device.
b] Go to Data option-> Select USER DOWNLOAD option-> click on "Download"
c] Now User will get Downloaded and .ndb extension File will be saved that is "SW300_User.ndb"
Ans:
a] Connect USB to the PC and take Firmware file (SW300_Cab_1_0_0_70) in the USB and connect the same USB to the device.
b] Now Go to Data option-> Select FW UPDATE option-> click on "Download"
c] By clicking on Download option it will show Firmware Update is in process till Firmware update process complete.
Once Firmware gets updated device will automatically rebooted.

b] Now Main Menu will be displayed , Click on "System" option from Device Main Menu.
c] By clicking on "System" option it moves to the System options Sub Menu's. Please select "Time & Date".
d] By selecting Time & Date it moves to the next window. From that select "Date" option.
e] Click “DATE” button to change date. Monthly calendar is displayed.
f] Need to select year. To change year, click year button (YY) and input value.
g] To change Month, click Month button(MM) and input value. Now select Date.
Administrator scrolls monthly calendar through left or right arrow keys to find correct month and click date. (The previous or next month is displayed in gray color.)
a] Select "Admin" option from Device Initial screen.
b] Now Main Menu will be displayed , Click on "System" option from Device Main Menu.
c] By clicking on "System" option it moves to the System options Sub Menu's. Please select "Time & Date".
d] By selecting Time & Date it moves to the next window. From that select "Time" option.
e] Click “TIME” button to change time. Digital clock is displayed.
f] Select Time by inputting value.
