1) Finger print not capturing in device / Device not found in Sample App
Ans.
A] First check in control panel there is Bioenable_FP_VDM_For_AADHAR_Enrollment app and Greent Bit Universal Driver 2.76 should be install perfectly.

B] Download Sample App and check finger is capturing in Sample App perfectly.

C] If still finger is not capturing in device then reconnect the USB cable, clear the dust on scanner and check once.
D] Otherwise need to send device to our national service center for repairing purpose.
2)If Bioenable_FP_VDM_For_AADHAR_Enrollment app and Greent Bit Universal Driver 2.76 is not install then please refer below link

3)Device is not functioning

Device need to repair in our National service center.
